When commissioning me / trading me, I'm assuming you have read my TOS and you are agreeing. Failure to uphold this TOS will result in block and blacklisted. I will ask you PERSONALLY to read my TOS, so there will be no possible way to avoid it.

AGE REQUIREMENT -->I require ages to be 16 +. Anyone under this age will not be allowed to commission me. You still may purchase pre-mades or other completed items in my shop, but no commissions. Photo ID is required for proof.NSFW REQUIREMENTS -->18+ ONLY. Items such as paws, small tails, small accessories and pieces are more likely to be accepted.Items such as fursuit heads, full suits, large tails, large accessories are not encouraged, due to possible loss of package. If you are willing to pay $300 + for shipping, then I can continue with commission. Shipping is this high due to size and weight of the box, along with the distance from my location to anywhere out of US.Shipping in general is expensive, so expect shipping to be from $30 - $150. The prices can be high due to; size of box, weight of box, or your distance from me.Once item is shipped, I will give you the tracking number ASAP.PAYMENT -->I accept paypal, Venmo, Ko-fi, and Apple Pay. I will consider any other payment platform, but will not guarantee it. When sending via PayPal, send as FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I also includes cash app as a payment method for ART ONLY.I accept payment plans. I require a down payment of 30% or more from original quote price. My payment plans last for 3 months. If payment is not complete within 3 months, your commission will be canceled and I will resell the suit. Some accommodations will be considered, but not guaranteed.WAIT TIME -->CURRENTLY as of September of 2024, I have been having the worst luck and things in my life have been constantly going wrong, so suit work is drastically delayed. Once things clear up, I will delete this portion.Typically, my wait time from START to finish is 3-8 months depending on what you're commissioning me. Heads may take 2-4 months, simple body suits 4-6 months, more complext suits 5-8 months. I am a bit of a slow worker due to my ADHD, but please be patient with me.CHANGES IN SUIT / PRODUCTS -->I send MANY work in progress photos. The purpose of these photos is to -->- Show that I am working on your suit- Showing what I've done so far, asking if it's up to your expectations / wants.In this process, I'm expecting your full honesty and communication. If you don't like something, SAY SOMETHING. Otherwise, it can not be changed afterwards. If I get near completion or have completed a suit or part of a suit, but you wish to restart, extra payment is required. Your payment will be the same amount as my starting price was for the product( IE - Starting price of a head is $600, your quote ends up being $900. You request your suit to be redone, you will pay another $600.)Change at this point of progress is NOT encouraged at all, but if must be done, extra payment is required.REFUNDS -->No refunds after commission is completed or sent. No money can be resent to you once it has been sent to me. Please be sure to send me the EXACT amount of money you wish to send. I will not and can not send ANY money back due to scamming possibilities and safety.If commission is cancelled (before payment is complete) no money can be sent back. For products such as heads, body suits, full suits, etc, will be completed and put up for sale, and not sent to you.If I have found out that you are on my DNI list, absolutely NOTHING will be sent to you or refunded.DAMAGES AND REPAIRS -->If product is damaged during shipping, you will have to pay for shipping the product back, and I will repair what ever was damaged. I have 0 control over what happens during shipping.If product is lost during shipping, you are suggested to call and contact shipping services and work out the situation.If product arrives damaged, or is damaged during use, you may send it back and I will fix it, as long as you are able to pay for your own shipping. Depending how big the repair is, I generally give free repairs. Something such as resizing or adding new parts or complete refurbishing your suit will charge around $300-$500+ depending on what you're asking for.QUESTIONSAlways ask questions please!!
